Technical Performance of XYQ Series Hydraulic Power Tong

XYQ Series Hydraulic Power Tong is a special machine for making up and breaking out tubing in well services.

As the master tong is driven by low speed torque motor and the control valve matches hydraulic motor directly , it is characterized by compactness, lightness, durability and easiness in operation and maintenance.
The backup tong and the master tong compose of combined tong. Operate control valve on the master tong ,the backup tong automatically clips or loosens pipe simultaneously.
The master tong and the backup tong heads are bi-direction clipping mechanism. Turn the direction knob on the master tong and the backup tong ,the clipping direction will be shifted.
Torque Control Valve can be provided according to the demands of customers.
Automatic Torque Control System can be provided according to the demands of customers. This system can set the best torque value freely, control the making-up torque automatically, record each maximum torque value, which can be checked by technical and checkout departments.
Automatic door is equipped at the opening of the tong ,which can keep the operator safe .
