Happies warrants that all parts that are sold by us are new and free from defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. We agree to replace or give credit for such goods that the Manufacturer's authorized personnel deem to be defective and providing that the referenced material is used under normal condition and service for which they are intended to and such claim is made within one (1) year from date of receipt of the equipment. No claims for damages, whether consequential or otherwise, will be allowed by the Seller or Manufacturer. Nor will the Seller or Manufacturer be subject to any other or further liability of any kind. All goods that need to be replaced should be returned to Seller with transportation prepaid and any replacement made hereunder will be FOB Shanghai , China plant domestic packed.
